Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or made available for download.


Pre-Order Products

Some products may be available for pre-order and will have extended processing times.

Pre-order products will be clearly marked on the product page with the expected shipping date (e.g., “Ships from December 10, 2025”).

Pre-order items may take up to 40 days or more from the order date to ship, depending on the product.

If we are unable to ship your pre-order within the promised timeframe, we will:

  • Notify you of the revised shipping date, and

  • Provide you with the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Please note that pre-order and in-stock items cannot be combined in the same shipment and will be shipped separately.


Shipping for Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)

For digital products such as eBooks, no physical shipping is required.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your download link.
This download link is strictly for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form.
Unauthorized sharing or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping rates for physical products are calculated automatically at checkout.
Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Areas

We ship from Germany to most EU countries and selected international destinations outside the EU.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain regions or countries due to shipping restrictions.
If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us to explore alternative arrangements.


Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier issues) may occur.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team to file a claim.
