Born in 1985 in Niigata, Japan. Since 2018, I have been living in Berlin with my
family. In 2022, I launched “gozen,” an online Japanese cooking class designed for
Japanese people living abroad, offering recipes that make it easy to enjoy authentic
Japanese meals even in overseas environments.
Since 2024, I have expanded my activities to reach international audiences through
pop-ups, workshops, catering, and selling Japanese sweets. I also share the cultural
side of Japanese cuisine by recreating iconic dishes featured in anime under the theme
of “Japanese food × culture.”Through both everyday meals and cultural experiences, I
aim to share the appeal of Japanese cuisine across borders.
